Presents a preliminary report of archaeological finds (e.g., an architectural structure and an elite tomb) from the first two excavation seasons (2008 and 2009) at the Early Byzantine coastal settlement at Punta Secca (province of Ragusa), traditionally identified with the Kaukana of the ancient sources.
