Join us on a weekend trip to Chicago to visit the Art Institute, Field Museum, and the Oriental Institute. In addition to the regular ancient collections on display, we will also have the opportunity to meet with curators and to visit a special exhibition at the Field Museum called "Ancient Mediterranean Cultures in Contact." The bus will leave Pittsburgh from the Frick Fine Arts Building at 3:15 pm sharp on February 22nd. We will department from the Chicago at 3:15 pm sharp on February 24th. The $80 fee (covering hotel, transportation, and museum entrances) can be paid in cash or check (payable to the University of Pittsburgh) to Corrin Trombley, 104 Frick Fine Arts Building (open 8:30 am to 5 pm). The deadline to register is February 8th.
