The Classics, Philosophy, and Ancient Science faculty is drawn from the three cooperating departments: Classics, History and Philosophy of Science, and Philosophy.

Faculty have published highly respected books, articles, research papers, and contributed to numerous industry publications in their various fields.

CPAS faculty members’ interests are diverse, extensive, and have received awards and commendation for their work.

Faculty members frequently conduct national and international seminars, colloquia, presentations, and workshops for industry professionals, academia, and students.

Program Application

  • Students do not apply directly to the CPAS Program
  • Instead, students should apply to one of the cooperating departments (Classics, HPS, or Philosophy) and indicate their interest in the program on their application
